SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – Patients in the Shippensburg area now have another option when it comes to surgery services.
Dr. David Shaun Bryant, of Summit Surgical Group – Chambersburg, is now seeing patients at the Shippensburg Medical Campus, 46 Walnut Bottom Road.
Appointments are available for new patient consultations, minor surgical procedures, and post operation consultations.
“I am excited to now be seeing patients at Shippensburg so I can help serve the needs of patients in both Franklin County and Cumberland County,” he said.
Bryant received his medical degree from Temple University and completed his residency at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Virginia before working with his father, Dr. David W. Bryant – also a general surgeon – in the Carlisle area.
He worked as a general surgeon in Meadville, Pa., before joining Summit Surgical Group – Chambersburg, an affiliate of Summit Health, in 2012.
He is board certified in general surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Bryant’s clinical interests include hernia repair, breast care, colorectal surgery, and minimally invasive surgery, including robotic procedures.
