CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. – Summit Orthopedic Group is proud to announce that Dr. Robert P. Lyons has joined their practice.
Dr. Lyons worked as an Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Hershey Medical Center for six years and has practiced in Franklin County since 2012.
“Chambersburg Hospital has a very efficient Emergency Room and Operating Room. The private patient rooms are top-notch. The patients in Central Pennsylvania are enjoyable to take care of,” he said.
His interest in orthopedic surgery started in high school when he fractured his leg in three places while delivering newspapers.
“The orthopedic surgeon who cared for me was very impressive and he seemed to really enjoy his work,” he said.
