CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. – Good health shouldn’t wait. That’s why Summit Health in July and August will offer “Get Fit Now,” a free class series aimed at helping community members develop healthier lifestyles.
The hour-long classes will kick off at 5 p.m. July 10 and continue each Monday evening through Aug. 7.
Classes will be held in the second floor conference room of Summit Health Center – Building 2, 12 St. Paul Drive. Class session dates and topics include:
- July 10 | Self-assessment and Goal Setting
- July 17 | “Me, cook?”
- July 24 | “Why did I just eat that?”
- July 31 | “Am I really hungry?”
- Aug. 7 | “Where do I go from here?”
Classes will be held from noon to 1 p.m. starting July 18 and continue each Tuesday afternoon through Aug. 15.
Classes will be held in the Family Birthing Services Classroom of Waynesboro Hospital, 501 E. Main St. Class session dates and topics include:
- July 18 | Self-assessment and Goal Setting
- July 25 | “Me, cook?”
- Aug. 1 | “Why did I just eat that?”
- Aug. 8 | “Am I really hungry?”
- Aug. 15 | “Where do I go from here?”
