WAYNESBORO, Pa. – Waynesboro Hospital Gift Shop will hold its annual Preholiday Sale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2; 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3; and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 4, in the first floor conference room of the hospital.
The sale will feature new holiday merchandise at a 20-percent discount. Items on sale include stocking stuffers for all ages; lanterns; LED canvas wall art; socks and scarves for men and women; knit hats; ponchos and woven wraps; Anju dolls with two-story books; and holiday jewelry, including watches.
A 10-inch Real Life Nativity Set also will be on sale and during the three days, customers will have the opportunity to sample dip mixes that will be available for purchase.
Back by popular demand, a variety of hand-painted Russian items such as Santa figurines; glass and resin ornaments; stacking dolls; four-car train sets; and door decorations will be available at the sale.
In addition, raffle tickets for a 30-piece Thomas Kinkade Star of Hope Nativity will be sold during the Preholiday Sale. The nativity is valued at $900 and features hand-painted bisque porcelain figurines and 22 karat-gold accents. Tickets cost $1 each or $5 for six. Tickets also can be purchased in the Gift Shop through Nov. 30.
The Gift Shop at Waynesboro Hospital is staffed by volunteers. In addition to seasonal items, the shop carries fresh floral arrangements; baby items, including clothing; books, toys and activities for children; plush animals; home décor; John Deere items; greeting cards; scarves, jewelry and watches; Willow Tree figures; and inspirational items.
All proceeds from the Gift Shop benefit patients at Waynesboro Hospital. The Gift Shop is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday; and 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday.
