Summit Health Wellness at Work - Employer Health Service

Well at Work (formerly Summit Health’s Wellness at Work) is designed with employers in mind. Our Wellness at Work professionals work with local employers to develop, implement, and analyze a business’s wellness initiatives. Specialists will review health insurance coverage, analyze claims data, find gaps in current wellness initiatives, provide individualized services, and identify available resources to assist in an impactful wellness program for a company’s employees.

Getting Started

  1. Meet with a Summit Health Wellness at Work professional. They will discuss your current wellness initiatives, analyze your high insurance claims, better understand any unused insurance benefits, and educate you on wellness programs and trends.
  2. Schedule a biometric screening. This will analyze and identify key health risks of your employees.
  3. Personalize a program with Summit’s many employer services. Based on the results and detailed analysis of your employee health screenings, Summit Health will work with you to develop an individualized wellness program. The program will help educate employees and provide preventative care solutions to encourage employees to improve their health, as well as your overall corporate wellness.
  4. Benchmark best practices. See what’s working for your employees and learn about constant new programs and improvements within Summit’s Wellness at Work program.
