This 25-30 minute class is designed for individuals who have a decent base of physical fitness. The core is generally regarded as the body minus the legs and arms. Functional movements are highly depended on the core, and lack of core development can result in a predisposition to injury. All facets of the core are encaged during these sessions. The classes employ large amounts of diversity.
