Members of the Chambersburg Hospital Cardiology Department receive the Mission Lifeline Gold Plus Award from the American Heart Association

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. – Members of the Chambersburg Hospital cardiology program were presented with the American Heart Association’s Mission: Lifeline® Gold Receiving Quality Achievement Award for implementing specific quality improvement earlier this week.  The team was made aware they received the award earlier this year.

“The Chambersburg Hospital cardiology program continues to be an award-winning program,” said Dr. Arshad Safi, interventional cardiologist with Summit Cardiology. “We are proud to not only be receiving this top award, but also to be able to continue to provide life-saving heart care to our community.”
