Marie Royce - Director of Provider Recruitment & Retention
Marie’s 40-year career at Summit Health has included positions in health information management, provider credentialing and physician recruitment and retention. Her passion is for Continuing Medical Education for physicians. She has facilitated Summit Health’s CME program being Accredited by the Pennsylvania Medical Society since 1984. She enjoys leadership development and strives to “learn something new every day”.
Marie is certified by the National Association of Medical Staff Services as a Certified Professional of Medical Services Management. She is a member of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR) and the Mid-Atlantic Physician Recruiters Association (MAPRA), and National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS).
Growing up in Lancaster County, Marie lives in Hagerstown, Maryland, with her husband Joey, a career firefighter. She enjoys camping and spending time with her two grandchildren.
Tammie Chute, FASPR - Assistant Director of Provider Recruitment & Retention
Tammie is the Assistant Director of Provider Recruitment and Retention. Tammie joined the Summit Health team in April 2015. She joined the provider recruitment and retention team as the Administrative Assistant and quickly moved to the role of Provider Recruiter. In 2017 Tammie became the Assistant Director of Provider Recruitment and Retention.
Now Tammie works alongside the director of Provider Recruitment and Retention to develop recruitment processes and manages the recruiting staff. Our desire is to make every provider feel welcome as they are determining the next steps in their career aspirations.
Tammie is a member of Mid-Atlantic Physician Recruiter Association. She has also earned her Fellowship certification (FASPR) with Association of Staff Physician Recruiters.
Cressa Coldsmith - Provider Recruiter
Cressa joined the team in 2017, bringing with her a strong background in nonprofit administration, management, development, and client care. Along with her dedication and commitment to excellence, she brings extensive knowledge about the communities in the Franklin County, PA area and is well connected to what the area has to offer to individuals and families.
Cressa quickly understands the needs of her clients and with her diverse operational and administrative experience, she has a unique perspective on identifying talented, qualified candidates for the Heath Care Industry.
Cressa is a born and raised native, growing up in Shippensburg, PA and resides in Chambersburg, PA with her husband Doug and two sons, Caleb and Coby.
