Paystubs and tax forms

You can use our self-service website to receive your documents via the web. For tax documents (W-2s and 1095-Cs), you can choose any of the delivery settings displayed on the side menu. Your personal settings will be indicated with a green checkmark on the side menu. Pay stubs can be available regardless of your delivery settings: https://mhcprodweb.wellspan.org/

This is the only method for former and current employees to access paystubs dated Feb. 2, 2024, and in the past – as well as 1095’s and W-2’s for tax years up to and including 2023.

Note: Documents will only be available to current active employees via Oracle.
