General

1. What is MySummit Patient Portal?

It is a free, secure website that gives you access to your medical records from Chambersburg Hospital, Waynesboro Hospital, Summit Physician Services and other Summit Health service locations.

2. How will MySummit Patient Portal help me?

The MySummit Hospital portal will allow you to view any treatment notes or instructions from your in-hospital stay or out of hospital tests or procedures.

The MySummit Physician Office portal will allow you to request prescription refills, message your healthcare team for non-urgent matters, request an appointment, download and print a health summary and more.

3. Why are there two different portals?

Our hospital system and physician offices use two separate electronic medical record systems. Your hospital portal will provide you with information on file with the hospital systems. Your physician office portal will provide you with the information at your doctor’s office. You will need to have 2 logins and 2 passwords if you choose to use both portals.

4. How will they be different?

The MySummit Hospital portal allows you to view any treatment notes or instructions from your in-hospital stay or out of hospital tests or procedures.

The MySummit Physician Office portal will allow you to request prescription refills, message your doctor for non-urgent matters, request an appointment, download and print a health summary, and more.
