Doctor Stephen Flack joins Chambersburg Family Care

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa – Stephen Flack, MD, has joined the practice of Chambersburg Family Care, an affiliate of Summit Health, located at Summit Health Center – Building 2, 757 Norland Ave., Suite 203, Chambersburg, Pa.
For the past 12 years, since moving back to Chambersburg, Dr. Flack had treated patients at Keystone Family Medicine, where he held the position of medical director.

Dr. Flack graduated from Chambersburg High School in 1989, and was fortunate to be able to return home to care for individuals in this community in 2000.

"I feel very blessed to be able practice medicine in the place that I grew up in,” Flack said. “It is very rewarding to practice, and to give back to this community."

He received his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He is also certified as an HIV Specialist by the American Academy of HIV Medicine.

Flack has a special interest in Autism awareness and was instrumental in the planning of an annual community Autism Awareness Fair in Chambersburg from 2005 to 2011.

He joins in practice with Helena Choi, MD and Todd Peterson, MD.
