Cardiac Rehab

Cardiac Rehab is a medically supervised, monitored exercise and education program, designed to improve health among those who have had heart problems, such as:

  • Angina
  • Angioplasty
  • Bypass Surgery
  • Heart Attack
  • Stent Placement
  • Valve Surgery

 

Cardiac Rehab may also be useful for people at risk for heart problems due to high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, or a family history of heart disease.
