Learn about insulin pump therapy and the different types of insulin pumps. We can help determine if you would be a good candidate for an insulin pump as well as order, set-up, and train you on using a pump.

We can help you with insulin therapy using vials or pens.

Meal Planning

You'll learn how to plan meals, count carbohydrates, manage cholesterol, and develop healthy eating habits.

To maintain your fitness, we will help you determine which activities are right for you.

Thyroid ultrasound

An imaging method used to see the thyroid -- a gland in the neck that regulates metabolism.
 

Thyroid fine needle aspiration biopsy

A procedure to obtain tissue for analysis of thyroid cells.

 

No referrals needed to schedule appointment with one the endocrinologists. Referral necessary for registered nurses and certified dietitians.

Jose Galindo, Jr., MD, is board certified in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism, and internal medicine. He is able to perform thyroid ultrasounds and thyroid biopsies.

Tracey Wiley
Tracey Wiley, MSN, CRNP, BC-ADM, is a certified registered nurse practitioner who is board-certified in advanced diabetes management. She has experience in intensive insulin therapy, insulin pump management, Diabetes Self-Management Training, lipid management, and management of blood pressure. Wiley is able to provide comprehensive care for her patients and can prescribe medications and supplies. She is currently accepting new patients, ages 13 and over.

Melissa Benzon
Melissa Benzon, RD, LDN, CDE, CLC, provides Diabetes Self-Management Training, Medical Nutrition Therapy, Continuous Glucose Monitoring Training, and Insulin Pump Training.
