Tracey Wiley, MSN, CRNP, BC-ADM, is a certified registered nurse practitioner who is board-certified in advanced diabetes management. She has experience in intensive insulin therapy, insulin pump management, Diabetes Self-Management Training, lipid management, and management of blood pressure. Wiley is able to provide comprehensive care for her patients and can prescribe medications and supplies. She is currently accepting new patients, ages 13 and over.

Diabetes affects more than 26 million people in the United States. It occurs when blood sugar levels in the body consistently stay above normal. Left unmanaged, diabetes could cause major damage to your body.
Signs & Symptoms
- Frequent urinating
- Feeling very thirsty
- Feeling very hungry - even though you are eating often
- Extreme fatigue
- Blurry vision
- Weight loss - even though you are eating more
- Tingling, pain, or numbness in the hands/feet
If you have never been tested for diabetes and are experiencing any of the warning signs above, please talk to your doctor.
If you are pregnant, talk to your doctor about getting tested and screened for gestational diabetes.
- Family history of Type II diabetes
