Our team is dedicated to assist Summit Health in its goal to deliver a high quality of care.  The following departments will help you successfully complete your credentialing.

Cumberland Valley Health Network (CVHN)
CVHN is a Physician Hospital Organization (PHO) that provides delegated credentialing services for several managed care companies. CVHN also represents the interest of its physician members by negotiating contract language for physician agreements with payors.

Provider Resources Department 
Provider Resources Department credentials all medical staff professionals in compliance with the Pennsylvania Department of Health, the Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies. They provide administrative direction and support to the Medical Staffs of Summit Health, their organizations and their leadership.

Summit Health Credentials Verification Organization (SHCVO)
SHCVO oversees the credentialing and recredentialing process for all Summit Health physicians, allied health professionals, locum tenens, residents and students.

Summit Physician Services (SPS) Insurance Enrollment
The SPS credentialing team administers the insurance credentialing and recredentialing process for all physicians and allied health professionals under SPS.
