Summit Care Program

The Summit Care Discount Program can help assist you with paying your bill.  Assistance is based on income, liquid assets, and household size. You may be eligible for discounts ranging from 25% to100%.  

Payment assistance for physician practices and hospitals may vary, please contact the hospital or practice where you received care for more information.
