CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. (May 16, 2013) -- The Chambersburg Hospital Occupational Therapy staff held their 8th annual soft pretzel sale in recognition of Occupational Therapy month in April. They raised $400 and donated the proceeds to the Chambersburg Hospital Auxiliary.
National Cancer Survivors’ Day is Sunday, June 2. CHAMBERSBURG, Pa (May 10, 2013) -The 14th annual Children's Wellness Days was held from May 7 to May 9 in Chambersburg. The event brings area third graders together to promote concepts of good health and wellness. More than 1,500 students participated in this year's event, sponsored by Summit Health and Susquehanna Bank.
This was the ninth year Susquehanna Bank co-sponsored the event.

According to Steve Dentel from the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association, this award signifies that patients are leaving Chambersburg Hospital sooner and more patients are surviving their strokes.
