With the weather changing and the days getting shorter and colder, join us for one of our indoor cycling classes. This is a great way to get a good cardiovascular workout and calorie burn. All levels are welcome as you adjust the resistance of the cycle for your specific level. Classes are 45-60 minutes.

Cost: Classes are free for Results Fitness Members | Non - members $4 per class | Summit Health Employees $3 per class

Classes start the last full week in October (Monday, October 26)

Monday 5-6 p.m.

Tuesday 8:45-9:30 a.m.

Wednesday 5-6 p.m.

Thursday 8:45-9:30 a.m.
